Terms, Conditions, and Purchase Agreement

Foam & Wash Unlimited Wash Club

The membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit or debit card each month (on the same day of the month as your initial sign-up). You may discontinue the program at any time by giving written notice at least 10 days prior to your billing date.

Your membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle. Members must notify Foam & Wash of any changes in vehicle ownership and/or changes or cancellations of debit/credit card information.

Foam & Wash reserves the right to cancel or amend this program at any time.

Membership is per vehicle and for personal use only. Taxis, Limos and other professional vehicles are prohibited from using this program. This program may not be combined with any other offer or discount.

By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Program, the Member waives any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges as described in the Member's agreement with the card issuer.

The Unlimited Wash Club is available at any of our five Soft Cloth Tunnel Locations.
